The split jerk block did not disappoint.

Our members threw down on one of the most technical lifts we do. The split jerk demands everything at once

Timing, speed, footwork, overhead stability and the courage to fully commit and get under a bar that won’t wait for you to think about it.

You can’t half rep a split jerk. You either go or you don’t.

And that’s exactly why the progress in this block means something. It’s not just weight on a bar. It’s coordination developed, positions earned and a skill that takes real time and real effort to build.

The PBs were flying. The technique was dialled.

If done correctly, it’s the most weight you’ll ever put over your head. That never gets old.
