We're really sad to hear of the passing of one of the most respected people in the Australian road race paddocks in his many roles officiating at Club, National and International events.

Tom was just a really nice person and someone as a racer, then team owner I've always had time for some good chats with. His appearance at the last ASBK was an emotional day as clearly he was gravely unwell but it was so good he got to spend a day back in the paddock with his racing family.

Rest in Peace mate.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Tom Williams, whose unwavering passion and dedication shaped the very fabric of motorcycle sport in Australia.

Tom’s legacy is defined by decades of exceptional commitment, serving as Race Director and Clerk of Course for ASBK, MotoGP and WorldSBK events. He was the steady hand guiding our volunteers and officials, and his leadership will be remembered with immense gratitude.

His passing has left a profound void. Earlier this year, Tom was diagnosed with motor neurone disease, but he was able to make an emotional final visit to the 2026 Australian Superbike Championship season finale at Queensland Raceway, where he said his farewells to the paddock he loved.

His contribution to the sport will always be remembered.

As we wrap up this season, it’s impossible not to think of our dear mate Loz. This was a season he was meant to finish with us, and his absence has been felt every step of the way.

His empty chair has been a constant reminder that he should still be here, cooking up a storm and lending his cheeky nature to the team.

This one’s for you, Loz. You’ll always have a place with us.

Quali day at rd5 of ASBK - Australian Superbikes

Great performance from the boys today, Lauchy Williams and Ghage Plowman Racing #27 saw success in the SS600 class putting in some great lap times. Our SS300 & R3 Cup twins Ethan Dellow and Seth Dellow were quick in quali, but found some trouble later on in the day, proud of their hard work in each session 🏍️
