Griffith University students! FREE Group Fitness classes are back for T2!
During July, GU students will be able to attend all H.I.I.T Circuit classes on a Wednesday at 7am for FREE!
HIIT Circuit is a high-energy, station-based group workout designed to deliver a full-body training experience in one efficient session. You’ll rotate through a series of varied and timed exercise stations, working all aspects of fitness including strength, endurance, and muscular conditioning. The class keeps things dynamic, motivating, and adaptable for all fitness levels.
No booking required, just bring your student ID with you.
