We all know what training does for how we look and how we perform.

But what about what happening on the inside of our bodies?

One of our members had these blood tests done 12 months apart.

Her 2025 results compared with July 2026:
• Total cholesterol: 6.8 → 4.9 28%
• Triglycerides: 2.3 → 1.0 v57%
• LDL cholesterol: 4.1 → 2.9 v29%
• Non-HDL cholesterol: 5.07 → 3.28
135%
• Total cholesterol/HDL ratio: 3.9 →
3.0 V23%

And she achieved this WITHOUT cholesterol medication.

Now, we can’t say that training alone caused every one of these changes
- there are plenty of factors that can influence blood lipids.

But this is a pretty incredible example of what can happen when regular exercise becomes part of your life.

Last week, Amy took on Brisbanes River to Rooftop Challenge - climbing 55 flights of stairs without having to feel like she’d been hit by a bus!

And yesterday one of our superstar mother-daughter combos took on the new Run the River race - with both Sylvia and Ty coming away with PBs in their runs !!

How lucky are we to get to watch so many people fall in love with feeling fitter and stronger 🥹🥰
