🟡⚫ WELCOME TO THE 2027 SENIOR MEN’S COACHING TEAM

Bayside United FC is pleased to announce that Bobby Graham and Pat Dickson will lead our Senior Men’s program in 2027.
With experience across Brisbane football and a shared connection to Bayside United, Bobby and Pat bring knowledge, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to building something positive for the club and its players.

After almost two seasons away from coaching, Bobby is excited to return to the head coaching role alongside Pat. Having previously coached and been involved with clubs including St George, Annerley, New Farm and KPR, he is passionate about developing players, building strong team cultures and creating groups that compete for one another.

Bobby sees a real opportunity to put strong foundations in place with a young and hungry group of players—creating an environment where they can improve, compete, enjoy their football and grow together.

For Pat, 2027 will be his second year involved with Bayside United after experiencing the club’s culture and community first-hand as a player. With playing experience across several Brisbane leagues and previous coaching experience at New Farm and Annerley, Pat is looking forward to contributing further and giving back to the club that has welcomed him.

Bobby and Pat have also previously worked together and are looking forward to reconnecting in the coaching environment as they help shape the next chapter of Bayside United Senior Men’s football.

The work will take time, but the opportunity is clear: stabilise, build and develop.

🟡⚫ COACH SPOTLIGHT: Steve | The Black Panthers 🐾

By day, Steve is a teacher. By night, he’s helping lead our Black Panthers—and it’s a role he’s embraced wholeheartedly.

Now in his second year of coaching, Steve loves being a bit of a “big brother” figure to the boys: helping them build confidence, learn new skills and, most importantly, enjoy being part of a team.

For the Panthers, this season has been all about progress. They’re working hard on listening to each other, backing their teammates and learning how to play to each other’s strengths. Week by week, they’re starting to come together—and it’s fantastic to watch.

💬 Steve’s message to the Panthers:
“Keep backing each other, keep having a go and keep having fun! Be proud of how far you’ve come, play as a team and look after your mates. Go Panthers!”

Thanks for everything you do, Steve. Your encouragement, patience and team-first approach are helping the Panthers grow both on and off the field. We’re lucky to have you in the Bayside coaching family!

The TechKick x MBBC x Bayside United Skills Camp is coming to Moreton Bay Boys College these September holidays and your young footballer won’t want to miss it!

Two action-packed days of skills, challenges and serious football fun, led by TechKick’s expert coaches. Players will work on passing, striking, dribbling and 1v1s before finishing Day 2 with an exciting World Cup tournament! 🏆
