If it’s important to you, you’ll find a way.
If it’s not, you’ll find an excuse.
It’s not about jamming as much into your schedule as possible.
It’s about being succinct in what you want to achieve and finding a way to progress towards that.
If you have a busy schedule, kids hanging off you while you’re working from home plus a thousand other things you “have to get done today” it can be easy to say “I don’t have time” or “I’m too busy”.
But...where there is a will there is a way.
That’s what your coach’s are for...to help you work out that way! 💪🏻

Why do the weights “just feel heavy” some days and not others? Why do some workouts just feel so much harder?!
There are many reasons that this can happen apart from the programming!
✳ What you’ve eaten in the past couple of days
✳ Your hydration levels
✳ Your recent training load
✳ The quality and quality of your sleep in previous days
✳ Stress levels (both physical and mental loads)
✳ Your hormones
✳ Your menstrual cycle
And these are just a couple of reasons...there are many more factors that can influence how hard a session may feel!
It’s also important to understand that sometimes you need a “bad” or “hard feeling” session....they are the ones that can make the GREAT ones feel GREAT!
