Our Head Coach, Julie, knows this firsthand.
After experiencing perimenopause herself, she realised just how difficult it was to find professionals who truly understood what women were going through. That experience led her to spend the last 10 years specialising in helping women navigate this stage with confidence.
Most women don’t even know perimenopause exists. We hear about menopause, but rarely about the years leading up to it, when symptoms can begin and your body starts responding differently.
During perimenopause, your body often needs a different approach. Instead of pushing harder, training more, or eating less, it may be asking for more strength, better recovery, and the right support.
Understanding what’s happening is the first step toward feeling like yourself again. 💗
