A big thank you to Alicia Frilingos for coming out on Friday night to deliver a parent workshop for our UQ Junior Rugby families.
Alicia shared some really practical and thoughtful guidance on how parents can support confidence, connection and enjoyment in junior sport — not just after the game, but throughout the week.
We’re very grateful for Alicia’s time and for helping our families think about the small conversations that can make a big difference for our players.
