The action begins from 4pm, with Brisbane Roar Men’s players joining our junior training sessions before the game kicks-off at 6:30.

Our Senior Metro Women’s side are Division Three champions! 🏆

After a hard-fought Grand Final against Taringa Rovers, the girls secured a 2–0 victory at Moreton Bay Sports Complex last night to lift the trophy in their first season together as a team.

Congratulations to Michael and the team on a fantastic season! ❤️

Athlete+ is a 14-week program focused on improving acceleration, top speed and speed endurance.

Goodwin Park was packed out last year as the Roar came to visit as part of their pre-season preparations.

Our Men’s and Women’s Metro and Masters teams will continue training every Thursday evening throughout September at O’Grady Park.
