So I’m now qualified to teach you vinyasa AND yin yoga. And as a huge bonus I’m in Brisbane for the next twelve months so if you want a corporate or private yoga class or course....give me a shout! I’d love to bring some zen to your life!!

I’ve fallen off the Yoga wagon a bit lately (with my lovely parents being over for a visit) but I’m committed to getting back into regular home practice. Let me know if you need a little push and I can come up with a motivating home session for you too.

Been away on holidays and teaching yoga in Fiji but did manage to squeeze in a mountain hike too....great spot for a wheel!!!

Finished a six week corporate class this week and got three relative newbies into a headstand. So proud of them for listening, taking it on board and being brave enough to try!! Who’s next for 🧘‍♀️??

Starting a six week corporate class in Sydney tomorrow. Looking forward to helping some desk jockeys let go a little!! Not only a great team build but also brilliant to see a corporation investing in their employees health. Let me know if your team could use a little of the same!!
