With more than 46 years of experience supporting Australians into employment, education, training and self-employment, the Sarina Russo Group, through Sarina Russo Job Access (SRJA), has contributed to the Australian Government's Shaping the Future of Employment Services Discussion Paper.

Drawing on frontline expertise, participant outcomes, employer partnerships and insights from our teams across Australia, our submission outlines practical recommendations to help create a stronger, more effective employment services system that better supports job seekers, employers and communities.

Since 2022, SRJA has supported more than 29,000 employment outcomes through programs including Workforce Australia, Parent Pathways, Inclusive Employment Australia and Self-Employment Assistance.
