To ensure that our client have the best experience at YolatesFit, we offer small group and personal training classes so that every workout is an effective session. Today, YolatesFit continues to expand our range of classes to provide support to demographics that might otherwise be overlooked. This includes personalised programs to help women through their journey of fertility, pregnancy, pre-natal and post-natal recovery – for instance our S28 day post-natal program. As an advocate for healthy and quality family-time, we have also introduced fun exercises for children such as bungee dance, boxing, and Pilates for kids that the parents can also participate in.
