Learn a song from the musical with our renowned singing teacher Chrissy Bowden, plus a Musical Theatre dance class with Emma Whitefield, whose credits include Grease, An American in Paris, Little Shop of Horrors, A Very Naughty Christmas, CGEN and Wakakirri. Plus craft, themed games & more!

Come on Barbie, let’s go party! Step inside our Barbie Dream House for a day of dancing to your favourite tunes from the movie, fun and fashion-focused craft, themed games & more! 💕✨

Get ready to bust a move! Step back into the 80s for a neon-filled day of retro dance, glam craft, funky games & plenty of disco fun! ✨🕺

A wonderful week at World Ballet Crown in Sydney 🩰👑✨

A huge congratulations to Adelaide, who represented Queensland 🍍 as a State Semi-Finalist and made the absolute most of this special opportunity.

We are also so excited that Addie was awarded Most Promising Contemporary Dancer, receiving a scholarship to Contemporary Concepts, as well as 50% off a three-week Summer Intensive at Oklahoma City Ballet. What wonderful recognition and exciting opportunities! 💜✨

We are so proud of the hard work, dedication and commitment Adelaide put into her preparation and throughout the entire process. 💜

A big thank you also to all of our wonderful staff at Premier Dance who supported Adelaide and helped her prepare for this experience. It certainly takes a team, and we are so grateful for the time, care and encouragement you have all given her. 💜🩰

Days 3 & 4 of our Sydney Dance Education Tour ✨💜

Thursday morning began at Ev & Bow, and what a wonderful way to start the day! 🩰 Our dancers loved the opportunity to take two amazing classes with Sarah Boulter and Cass, learning from and being inspired by two incredible industry professionals. A huge thank you to Sarah, Cass and Lisa for such a warm welcome, and for so generously sharing your knowledge and experience with our dancers. ✨💜

Thursday afternoon took us to Ettingshausens, where we received another very warm welcome from Jo and Travetta, followed by fantastic classes with Maddie and Ethan. 💃✨

We finished the day with dinner at La Guillotine with Premier alumna Mackenzie Curtis, where we were thoroughly spoilt by Joe, Joseph and Mama’s cooking ❤️🍝 And of course, the annual photo with Joseph! 📸

Friday morning we said goodbye to Zara Tower Apartments 👋 and headed to LaDuca, where the girls enjoyed a fitting 🩰 before spending an incredible day at the stunning Sydney Dance Company. ✨

A huge thank you to Linda Gamblin, Lawrence and Justine for your wonderful hospitality, and to Iona and Nat for the amazing classes. 💜

RAD Exams 3/3✨

Last week was filled with RAD Classical Ballet examinations, with dancers across all levels taking part throughout the entire week. 🩰

From our littlest RAD students in Pre-Primary, in Grade 1 at school and experiencing their very first Class Award, through to our Advanced 1 & 2 dancers, it was a wonderful week celebrating the progression of our students through their classical ballet training.

We are so proud of the dedication, focus and care each dancer brought to their preparation and examination experience.

A special milestone at every level, and a beautiful reflection of the effort, progress and love of ballet we see in our studios each week.

Sydney so far ✈️🩰

Day 1: We touched down in Sydney, stocked up on groceries and finished the day with dinner and some wonderful industry chats with Premier alumni Jack Rowan, currently performing in The Lion King, and Lara Trevor. So special catching up and hearing about where their careers have taken them 🤍

Day 2: A big morning with five hours of classes at Dance North Academy with Danilo Radojevic and Adam Blanch. Thank you Dance North Academy for having us and for such a great day of training!

Miss Tania and Miss Nadine also had a wonderful catch-up with Joseph Brown from MDM, who very kindly gave us a tour of the beautiful Northern Beaches.

We finished the day with some Sydney sightseeing, taking in the Harbour, Opera House and dinner at The Rocks ✨

A very full first two days and plenty more to come!

We’re so excited to be heading away with our friends from Sayers Dance Centre for a special Dance Education Tour with some of our senior students.

Over the next few days, our dancers will be taking classes at Dance North Academy y Ev&Bow ETTINGSHAUSENS and Sydney Dance Company learning from some wonderful teachers and getting a taste of the professional dance world.

We’re looking forward to a few fun days of dancing, learning and making some special memories together ❤️
