QRI STATE DARTS

Hi everyone it is that time of the year again. Time to get your team nominations in for our state championships in November this year they’ve been held in beautiful Cairns. At the Cairns and District Darts Association Hall.

Please note!! after discussion at the AGM last November, the captains meeting is trialling being held on Friday evening this year. This is to try and avoid a late start on Saturday morning therefore a late finish Saturday night.
Captains or delegate is requested to be at the hall Friday night for the meeting at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be streamed so the travellers considered happening if they aren’t going to make it.

Must have numbers by FRIDAY THE 15TH OF MAY.

Darts Calendar

31st March 2026 - Nominations open for Anzri in Belmont, WA.
Approx 31st May 2026 - Capitation money due for Anzri (amount to be confirmed)
August 14th - Qri State Championships Team nominations Open. To be held 14th, 15th and 16th of November 2026 in Cairns.
August 22nd - 29th 2026 - Anzri, Belmont, WA.
14th, 15th & 16th November 2026 - Qri State Championships, Cairns.

For all those who are thinking of attending the ANZRI carnival in Perth, Western Australia 22nd - 29th August.

Nominations are open and close Monday 14th May.

Must be a QRI lifestyle member for a minimum of 2 years to be considered to play for the Queensland team.

Note... previous attendee's are offered 1st preference for selection.

Full member capitation fee $250 is to be paid to QRi State darts account ! Other fee tiers are still not set. Watch this space.

ANZRI Perth 2026. An update about the ANZRI comp in August. We will post updates as we get them.
There is three tiers for payment,
1. Full player - playing in all events.
2. Half player - playing in events but not the State Championship games.
3. Visitor - not playing at all.
