Not every young athlete is ready to jump straight into a major competition.
That’s why we created Game Day.
Game Day is designed to give kids the opportunity to experience competition in a fun, supportive, and positive environment.
They learn how to handle nerves.
They learn sportsmanship.
They learn resilience.
Most importantly, they learn confidence.
With multiple matches, plenty of mat time, and a focus on learning rather than winning, Game Day helps young athletes take the next step in their martial arts journey.
Whether it’s their first competition or they’re building experience for bigger events in the future, Game Day is about growth, development, and having fun.
We look forward to seeing everyone on the mats at our next Game Day event.
Because every champion starts somewhere.

Every successful MMA fighter, BJJ competitor, and martial artist has one thing in common.
They spend countless hours developing the skills that most people never see.
Positioning.
Pressure.
Escapes.
Control.

The ability to stay calm under pressure and make good decisions when things get difficult.
Submission grappling develops all of these attributes and that’s why it remains one of the most important foundations for combat sports athletes.
Lockdown Submission Grappling provides a safe and competitive environment where athletes can test their skills, gain valuable experience, and continue their development.
Whether you’re preparing for MMA, BJJ, or simply looking to challenge yourself, competition is one of the fastest ways to improve.
Lockdown 76 is coming soon and registrations are now open.
We look forward to seeing athletes and teams from across the region in the cage.

Why do coaches bring their teams to Lockdown?
Because competition is one of the fastest ways to accelerate learning.
A good competition doesn’t just test technique.
It develops:
✔ Confidence under pressure
✔ Decision-making under fatigue
✔ Emotional control
✔ Sportsmanship
✔ The ability to perform when it matters
For coaches, Lockdown provides a safe, well-organised environment where students can gain valuable experience regardless of their age, rank, or competition history.
Some students discover what they’re capable of.
Some discover what they need to work on.
All of them leave with lessons they can take back to the academy.
That’s why so many coaches continue to bring their teams back to Lockdown year after year.
We appreciate every coach who trusts us to provide that opportunity for their students.
Lockdown 76 registrations are closing soon.

Technique is important.
But technique only truly develops when it’s tested under pressure.
That’s why events like Lockdown matter.
They give athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves, gain experience, improve decision making and continue developing in a controlled and professional environment.
Every match is a chance to learn.
Every event is a chance to grow.
We’re proud to continue building a strong technical grappling community through Lockdown Submission Grappling.
