Seed Yoga

The teachings of yoga are vast and rich and the longer I teach, the more interested I become in the psychology and philosophy of the teachings, and in yoga as a somatic, bottom-up approach to healing and self-understanding.

Part of being a yoga teacher is continuing to learn, reflect and grow through both study and level experience. We are teachers, but we are still life long students of the practice.

I love to read and learn, and the best bit is all of my books and training is tax deductible 😍

Winter Restorative - An Afternoon Of Deep Rest and Restoration

Winter is an invitation to slow down, rest and regenerate. It’s important that we take time away from our busy lives to do the same. To let the outer noise and busyness of our lives fall away and create space to unwind stress and tension.

We will gather for a nourishing restorative afternoon, in our beautiful Temple space, where we will sink into a long, slow stillness and gentle movement session where your body and mind can restore and recalibrate. This session is designed to soothe your nervous system and restore your body and mind so you walk away feeling nourished and grounded.

Our afternoon will include:

* A delicious restorative yoga session with bolsters, blankets and gentle guidance

* A nurturing 15 minute neck and shoulder, or hand or foot massage to help soften tension and invite a deeper state of receiving.

* A beautiful winter fire circle with warm chai and delicious treats.

* Only 6 spaces per session to ensure deep care and holding
