Sunday 6 September, 12pm to 2pm, we're putting on a full Malaysian buffet at the club. Beef rendang, nasi lemak, Hainanese chicken rice, char kway teow, lychee duck curry, braised pork belly, and a DIY laksa bar so he can build it exactly how he likes it. Curry puffs and our signature chicken wings to start. Kuih lapis, kek talam and a proper chocolate brownie to finish.

Adults $44.90. Kids under 10 $22. Under 3 eat free.

If you've been meaning to get a team together for our 60s Trivia Night, consider this your nudge. There are still a few tables left, but not many.

Saturday 5 September, 7.30pm at The Park. $80 a table for up to eight people, which works out at $10 a head.

Sixty years of Everton Park deserves sixty years of questions, so expect the swinging sixties from start to finish. Flares, flower crowns and questionable wigs very much encouraged.

Trivia tables are going, but there's another one that needs you sooner. Bookings for our Diamond Dinner close Friday 28 August, and the night itself is Tuesday 1 September.

Sixty years of Everton Park deserves a proper night out. Doors open 5.30pm, dinner from 6pm at the club, 7 Gearside Street. $50 a head with dinner included, great-value drinks over the bar all evening, smart casual to formal.

The night also includes the unveiling of a refurbished relic from the club's past, back where it belongs after all these years.
