Lunch Box Ultimate

Lunch Box Ultimate Club is excited to present The Elite Mindset Series — a total of three clinics giving Brisbane Ultimate players a window into what it takes to represent Australia on the international stage. The purpose of this series is to grow Ultimate in Brisbane by giving players access to experienced players’ knowledge and journeys, and some tools to take ownership of their own development.

The three clinics will be run on a fortnightly basis, on Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:30pm at Griffith University Nathan Fields (AFL).

Dates: 12th of Sept, 26th of Sept, and 10th of Oct.

Each clinic will have a specific focus:

1. The Art of Throwing: Throwing skills to open up the field.
2. Win Your One-on-One: Elite skills to get free on offence and win your match-ups.
3. Defence is Cool and You Can Be Too: Enough said.

This series is a chance to explore some of the mentality, habits, and ways of thinking that can help your development. Each clinic will be led by three coaches who’ve made that area a strength in their own playing.

Lunch at TRIO Invitational Tournament 2026🧋

Final day of TRIO Invitational Tournament is done and with that Lunch Box Ultimate Club on tour to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is complete!

Absolute blast of a tournament and hopefully we will return again next year! Amazing experience and shout out to TRIO Outfitters for kitting us up for competition.
