Yesterday, the heart of Qi Flow was beating a little stronger. ❤️💙

Once again, our community absolutely blew me away.

We set ourselves a goal of raising $3,000 for HeartKids and somehow, together, we have raised over $5,000!

Every class booked, every raffle ticket purchased and every donation added up. More than 25 local businesses donated raffle prizes, vouchers and lucky door prizes, and so many people gave their time, energy and support to make the day happen.

But what stays with me most is seeing our community come together again for something much bigger than us. People showed up, brought their families and friends, trained, laughed, donated and gave generously.

I’m still taking it all in today, but I am incredibly proud and grateful.

To everyone who came, our instructors and team, our sponsors and local businesses, HeartKids, our special guests, my family, and every person who helped behind the scenes, THANK YOU.

We did it again! And we did it together. ❤️
