Our 30 day challenge at Tawa jumpstarted the yoga practice of our community. Some already attending 3x / week were ready to embrace a daily, intentional practice to complete 30 classes in May. Inspiring their fellow Tawa Tribe to maintain momentum too!

A challenge isn’t about competing. It’s the boost to start and make lasting change. A daily, intentional and dedicated practice cultivates discipline, clarity and understanding of self – your Sadhana.

Sadhana, a daily practice, can be asana, pranayama, meditation and self-study to better breathe, move and interact with ease on life’s journey. Growing and evolving with clarity, peace and connection.

Last month was our 30 day Motivation May challenge. We love how the challenge highlighted for Sowmya that despite best intentions, there are setbacks and distractions but STARTING and continuing to SHOW UP is what matters when keeping that promise to self.
