🌟 Exciting News from On Pace Multisport! 🌟

We're thrilled to announce some key developments in our program, in partnership with the Brisbane City Councill, to provide a unique experience for all our athletes. As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and variety, we're adding two new trail-based sessions each week for the rest of this year!

🗓 Starting Thursday, July 23rd & Saturday, July 25th:

Thursday Nights: Conquer the Seven Hills under the stars! Join us at 17:30 for an exhilarating hour-long run.

Saturday Mornings: Dive into the Whites Hill Trails at 08:30 for a refreshing trail run to kickstart your weekend!
These new sessions complement our existing runs at:

Lota on Wednesdays at 17:30
Murarrie on Fridays at 17:00

Now, with multiple venues around Brisbane, On Pace Multisport offers varied surface types to cater to all running enthusiasts. Plus, stay tuned as we look to expand with additional venues like Toohey Forest, Mt Gravatt, and Mt Coot-tha!

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, we're here to help you 'be your best self.' Join us and elevate your running experience!

It’s been a minute ⏰😬 but a huge shout out to our OPMS family and friends who have been focusing on their running recently. We’ve had a presence on the trails yandina_five_o event and on the road at the Gold Coast Marathon festival.

A special shout out to Coach Nelly Neil Jones who achieved first place in his age at Yandina, by a staggering 40 mins, and (pending confirmation) achieved a Boston Marathon qualifying time on the GC 💪

Another week has rolled around again… which means it’s time to dust off the goggles, pump up the tyres, lace up the runners and once again question why we voluntarily set alarms that start with a 4 or 5… 😅🏊🚴🏃

But let’s be honest, we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Whether you’re chasing a PB, building fitness, preparing for your next event, or simply turning up because your training mates make it worthwhile, we’re looking forward to another awesome week together.

This week’s checklist:
✅ Turn up
✅ Get the work done
✅ Laugh at least once during training
✅ Cheer on your fellow athletes
✅ Reward yourself with a well-earned post-session coffee (or snack… we’re not judging 😉)

Remember, every session counts. Some days you’ll feel like a superhero, other days you’ll wonder if someone secretly replaced your legs overnight. Both are completely normal! The important thing is to keep showing up.

A few friendly reminders:
💡 Check Facebook before heading out for any session updates.
💡 Lights on for those early morning starts -we’d like everyone to see and be seen.
💡 Fuel your sessions, stay hydrated and don’t skip your recovery.
💡 Be generous with the encouragement - sometimes a simple “great job” is exactly what someone needs.
💡 And above all… enjoy the journey. We’re doing something pretty special.

Consistency beats perfection every single time, and there’s no better place to build both fitness and friendships than training together at On Pace.

School holidays are here! Whether you’re heading away or staying home it’s a perfect time stay active.

Our FREE Brisbane City Council Junior Run Squads are back this week.

These sessions are aimed at juniors aged 8 to 17 years. If you know a young runner who wants to have fun, build confidence, stay active and make new friends - what are you waiting for!
