THE SYNDICATE CHALLENGE IS HERE. ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Starting Monday 3rd of August, weโ€™re kicking off 8 weeks of training, teamwork and community.

This isnโ€™t just another fitness challenge. Itโ€™s your chance to build consistency, create better habits, push yourself alongside your teammates and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

Hereโ€™s how it works:

โœ… Get placed into a team led by your captains.
โœ… Earn points through training, lifestyle, mini challenges and more.
โœ… Climb the leaderboard with your team.
โœ… Celebrate together at our end-of-challenge party.

A balanced week focused on improving overall fitness with mixed modal conditioning, strength sessions featuring squats, bench and deadlifts, gymnastics skills, lifting EMOMs, engine work, core capacity, a community session and aerobic conditioning to finish the week strong. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

For our syndicate train crew, their week is all about building capacity across every domain.
