THE SYNDICATE CHALLENGE IS HERE. ๐ฅ
Starting Monday 3rd of August, weโre kicking off 8 weeks of training, teamwork and community.
This isnโt just another fitness challenge. Itโs your chance to build consistency, create better habits, push yourself alongside your teammates and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

What we have on this week ๐ฅ
A balanced week focused on improving overall fitness with mixed modal conditioning, strength sessions featuring squats, bench and deadlifts, gymnastics skills, lifting EMOMs, engine work, core capacity, a community session and aerobic conditioning to finish the week strong. ๐ช๐ฝ
For our syndicate train crew, their week is all about building capacity across every domain.
