His last trip started off a little rocky with a quick trip to the ER before loading up the ute and heading north 🩵🎣🧡

The big fella didn’t let it bother him and he pushed through the late nights, early mornings and endless casts — and it paid off. A couple of solid barra, double hook-ups, a queenie off the beach, and even netting a metery off the bridge 🫣.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. Watching him put in the effort, learn every day, and see it all come together made this trip one we’ll never forget.

The baby of the family understood the assignment. 🩵🎣🧡

While everyone else was chasing fish, she was quietly taking it all in—learning from her uncles & pa, making spears & fire sticks, and making the most of every moment. She was pulling crab pots & went and landed the biggest salmon and biggest queenie of the trip all on her shimano dash rod and SLX. 🎣🏆

These are the memories that last forever. ✨
