Strong technique begins with strong foundations 🩰🤍
Ballet technique is about so much more than beautiful lines. Every exercise develops strength, control, balance and coordination that supports dancers across every style, from Jazz and Contemporary to Acro and Musical Theatre.
Fun fact: Ballet is often called the foundation of dance because many of the techniques used across other dance styles are built on classical ballet training.

Because the lessons learned on stage reach far beyond the performance itself.
Every rehearsal builds confidence. Every challenge strengthens resilience. Every routine teaches the value of teamwork, commitment and trusting those around you.
At Studio One, performance isn't about striving for perfection. It's an opportunity for every dancer to grow, celebrate their progress and discover what they're capable of.

We loved welcoming guest choreographer Ashton Gyde .gyde to Studio One for an incredible session with our dancers.
Bringing his passion for Hip Hop, movement and creativity into the studio, Ashton challenged our dancers to explore new movement, step outside their comfort zones and bring plenty of energy to the floor 🕺
Opportunities to learn from guest choreographers are such an important part of growing as a dancer, introducing fresh perspectives, styles and inspiration.
