For any running based sport, Plantar Fasciitis (PF) is something you’re likely to see as load & volumes increase.
Whilst many factors contribute to the likelihood of having PF pain, once you have it the feeling can be debilitating and aggravating when trying to continue training or playing.

Managing PF can be challenging, but it is essential to prevent it ruining your season.

In this post we will explain…

âś… How common it is

âś… What causes it

âś… How we treat it

Big shout out to .tonyf as always for rehab education

To go along with our post yesterday we have an example early stage management to return back to sport. This is how we would manage loading when returning from a severe ATFL injury not requiring surgery.

Our coaches have all worked with athletes from different sports & events and at different levels of ability. If you have any questions or want to get the most out of your training, send us a message or email and we would love to help
