What a transformation! Mairi went into full focus, joining CTL, training 2 x circuits p/week, going for walks, eating well and shifted her priorities AND has the confidence to go to the gym!

Gayle is always so committed to her sessions. I'm sure you love them... Watching your strength and mobility improve is always so satisfying and I'm sure it's been helpful.
Along with her injuries and restrictions, being able to move within her everyday tasks has always been a priority.

We had been doing single leg romanian deadlifts (landmine), and the grip is so rough! Especially when you superset with back π
Great thing we have CTL Coaching lifting straps! Super easy to use and quick release. I have blue and purple - selling for $10 a pair!

Believe it or not, I have heard clients with the excuse - oh my dog/cat jumps on me so I can't train at home....
