Welcome to SUNI Wellness! I completed 200 hours teacher training from Yoga & Meditation School of Indian in 2020. at Wynnum Whale Park, Wynnum. Private class.
My mission is to assist, support, and inspire individuals and groups in achieving health and well-being through our outdoor yoga and meditation classes, as well as Thai oil massages. 🧘💆 I have been practicing yoga in my daily life for 20 years and I started teaching yoga in 2020 after I completed the study. I would like to share my experiences and knowledges which I have learnt from the traditiona
l Indian yoga teacher plus from my own experiences practice to everyone who would like to have experience in traditional yoga practice, focusing on mindful movement with the breath which is the tool to bring your awareness back to your body and mind. Throughout 60 minutes I guide you with Asana (posture), Pranayama (breath work), Mantra and Meditation. This practice helps nourish your body, mind and spirit. You feel fantastic, relaxed, energized, refreshed, peaceful, calm, happy and content after class. Opening your heart and make a commitment to join in a wonderful journey with regular practice you will experience the long-term benefits for your own health wellbeing. I offer Free classes, Public classes and Private class.
1. Free Kundalini yoga & Meditation class on Thursday at 8.00 am. - 9am. (Near car park)
2. Free Kundalini yoga & Meditation class on Saturday at 7.00 am - 8.00 am. at Lota park, Manly. (Brisbane council is sponsor)
3. Public yoga and meditation class schedule: (Appointment is required)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30 am.- 7.30 am. at Wynnum Esplanade
The cost : $15/ person for each class.
4. Online class on Sunday at 7.00 pm.-8.15 pm. (Appointment is required)
The cost : $20/ person for class.
5. The cost: $75 (75 minutes)
