What better way to spend the Easter holidays than hiding out in my bathroom to learn the new choreo for Term 2?
If the volume’s on and you’re smiling and bopping along, listen to your body - it’s telling you it wants more than this little taster!
We can’t wait to share the full version of these tracks with our Wednesday Kangatraining and Keeping Mum mums in under 3 weeks’ time!
Dance with us? 💃🏼 💜 🙏
Kangatraining Coorparoo & Surrounds
Kangatraining is a full body, low impact workout that combines dance cardio and strengthening exercises.
There is no need for a babysitter as your little one can join in on all the fun from their happy place - the trusty baby carrier!
If you have ever wondered what’s involved in a Kangatraining class - here’s a snippet 🥰
💜 Warm Up
💜 Floor Work to restrengthen your core following pregnancy
💜 Babies Into Carriers and your instructor checks your fit each and every time to ensure comfort and safety
💜 Pop Choreos for your cardio component which are fun and easy to follow
💜 Squats
💜 Salsa Choreos to keep your heart rate up and your baby sleeping
💜 Arms
💜 Barre to strengthen your leg muscles
💜 Repeaters as your final hurrah which is a cardio and strength exercise
💜 Stretching, Pelvic Floor Exercises and Cool Down
💜 Circle which can include a guided chat, a Mindfulness or Gratitude exercise
And as you can see, your baby is so happy being close to you throughout the class so there’s no need to worry about naps or a babysitter 🙌

An end of an era 🥲
This amazing human has been a part of our Keeping Mum and Kangatraining journey pretty much from the beginning. We first met Emma at our launch event and the first program she joined was our online PreKanga program when she was pregnant with her second bub. Fast forward 9 terms, over two years later and she has pretty much participated in all of our programs and events since, bringing along her two little people with her at times.
We cannot thank you enough for being such a huge advocate for what we do and for also becoming our friend. You are an incredible human and we want you to know that.
We are both in denial that we won’t see you again next term but know it’s definitely not goodbye, just see you soon 💜
