Retail/recommending made easy with motivational training cards. Step 1 learn your products gets hands on fall in love with using great products yourself. Step 2 genuinely care about your client needs and share your knowledge that will help them solve their hair problems Step 3 Enjoy your job recommending and using products, if a client buys then great but your job is to give info and use the products the rest is up to the client. Look how this learners face lights up when asking if she likes products, she's having fun! I also recommend books on retail in the modern day called tell don't sell.

I would avoid telling learners to routinely use “barrier cream” as a substitute for gloves. The stronger message is reduce exposure + appropriate gloves + good skin care + early action. HSE identifies wet work and soaps/cleaners as major causes of occupational contact dermatitis.
