On the warmup pitch we joined Moreton City Excelsior Football Club assistant / GK coach and Managing Director at PRO-PLAYER Sam Bartolo , as he puts the lads through the structured routine that Sam has built to suit Nathan Foster & Riley Stent

It was always going to be a big ask coming up against the Brisbane Roar FC , a big game defensively from Patrick Millard and Ipswich Football Club in what was a brilliant community evening!
As goalkeepers we can find ourselves in vulnerable situations, it’s part of what makes what we do on the football pitch unique. We throw ourselves around knowing that contact will come. And just every now and then moments like this come along. For Choco it was 2 within 15 minutes to start the match.
These incidents are accidental, it’s the battle. It the life of a goalkeeper throwing themselves at the ball. Olympic Football Club went on to win 3-1.
