Our Extension Program is level based, not strictly age based, and is designed for Intermediate & Senior level dancers. Experienced younger dancers who are comfortable working at this level are also very welcome.

✨ You DO NOT need to be enrolled in our Extension Program or be an ADI student to attend.

Another huge day of training for our Senior Extension dancers with Malana Chapelle & K A Y L E E S M I T H 🖤

Our Extension Program is all about pushing dancers beyond their weekly training — developing versatility, technique, performance quality and giving them the opportunity to learn from incredible industry professionals.

✨ You don’t need to be enrolled in the full program to join us!
We welcome casual dancers from ADI and other studios who want to come along for the day, experience our Extension Program and get some extra training in.

💪 SENIOR EXTENSION | THIS FRIDAY 💪

This Friday our Senior Extension students are stepping outside the studio for a dedicated Strength & Conditioning session with the team at Fitness Creed Performance Gym .

We’re also excited to have Charlee Coffey and Olivia Mercien-Ferol joining us to share their knowledge, experience and passion for training. Their industry insight, combined with the Fitness Creed team, will make for an inspiring day of learning and growth.

Strong dancers aren’t just made in the studio. Building strength, stability, power and endurance is an essential part of becoming a more versatile, resilient performer.

We can’t wait to challenge our dancers in a new environment and continue investing in their growth—both on and off the dance floor.
