Social Tonight will be postponed. Looking at next weekend. 11th October from 6.30pm.
In the meantime, please find a friend or family member who is new or inexperienced with volleyball.
We will buddy up for the first half, play with the person you brought and rotate teams. Later on we will split up. I will work with newbies (organise games and teams) and the experienced 'buddies' can play some more competitive games.
I would like to do this as a 2 for 1 price. So $15 for you and your buddy.

Training tonight! They did so well too!
Warm up routine at the start, followed by control and passing drills and then serve receive with attacking. The team dug deep and finished off with a 2v2.
Huge improvement in consistency, decision making and attacking.
