What's better than announcing a new player commitment to our club?

How about announcing THREE NEW PLAYERS committing to the Pioneers next season!

We welcome Riley, Dejan and Logan, who will be joining us in 2027 from Narre Warren.

All come highly credentialed, having been regular contributors in the top tier of the Southern league off the back of their recent successes in U19s.

Riley captained the premiership winning U19 team in 2025, where he patrolled the backline alongside Logan. Dejan kicked 50 goals in his U19 year in 2024.

All 3 were part of the Reserves' 2026 finals campaign, with Dejan kicking two goals in a narrow Grand Final loss.

We're looking forward to seeing this talented trio get to work in our Men's teams next year!

The Pioneers are thrilled to welcome Chris Allison to the club in 2027.

A junior at Beverley Hills and Surrey Park, Chris joins us following two seasons at Doncaster East, and will now return to Division 3 football, where he achieved premiership glory with Surrey Park in 2024.

We can't wait to see Chris join friends at Springfield Park in Maroon & White, and are stoked to have a player of his quality commit to the club and our build towards the top end of the division in the years to come.

Some more exciting coach announcements!

We are thrilled to welcome back Gags, Mav and Amy as coaches in our Football and Netball programs in 2027.

Gags returns to the Pioneers for a fourth season firmly entrenched in our Men's Football program, and is ready to support new coach Nicho in another season in Division 3.

Fresh off another finals campaign, Mav returns for a fourth season with the Reserves, which will include the transition of some of our top-age U19 players who reached the Preliminary Final this season.

Our 2026 Premiership coach, Amy, returns to steer our Netballers through another season, and with plans to increase the Netball program with the new training courts at Springfield Park.
