Big ESD session this morning with laps of the oval, lots of bodyweight movements like crawls, lunges, spidermans, leapfrogs, rows, and some stairs thrown in for good measure. The crew smashed it! Best way to start the weekend! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Have you ever really trained to the point of failure? How often? Of course we all have days where we feel more tired than normal, and are lacking that bit of power to really push harder. But, generally speaking, we really want to be aiming for those last few reps to feel HARD. Ideally, you want to feel like maybe you could do 1-2 more...but not like you could do 4,5,6+ more! Knowing how this really feels comes with experience, and also comes with the help of a knowledgeable trainer who can help you really push in a safe manner. If you are unsure if you are really getting the most out of your workouts, or if you know you aren't and would like to take things to the next level - let us know!
