End your weekend with a restful and rejuvenating yin yoga class. If you are exhausted, have aches and pains in the body or just want to take some time out for self-care this is the class for you! 👌

Think quiet, deep stretches, deep belly breath & meditation.

☀️Saturday 9am ~ Energising All Levels Yoga ☀️

Yoga is not just about calming the nervous system but creating energy. We start off slowly warming up the body, followed by a fun and intentional flow that leaves you feeling calm, open and ready to take on the weekend.

Open to all levels, beginners welcome.
