LIAM HUTCHINS | SIGNED FOR 2027

Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club is rapt to announce to all players, sponsors and supporters that LIAM HUTCHINS has recommitted to Boronia for 2027. Liam was our Under 19.5’s co-captain in 2026 and has now played 38 games for Boronia and been named in the best players a remarkable 17 times. We can now look forward to Liam transitioning to senior football as a ready made player.

HARRY BURGESS | SIGNED FOR 2027

Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club is very proud to announce to all players, sponsors and supporters that HARRY BURGESS has recommitted to Boronia for 2027. Harry has captained the senior team for six seasons, a club record. He is a triple premiership player and a dual Bob Henry Medallist and provides outstanding leadership for the Hawka. The club is grateful to have Harry at the helm.

Very best of luck to our three Hawks playing in Preliminary Finals this weekend! CJ Preston is in the VFL Preliminary Final; Courteney Bromage is in the VFLW Preliminary Final; and Harry Chapman is in the Talent League Preliminary Final. We hope you all have great games! BTW: Georgia Kavanagh and Harriet Knijff are both named as emergencies for Port Melbourne.

RILEY ALLSOPP | SIGNED FOR 2027

Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club is rapt to announce to all players, sponsors and supporters that RILEY ALLSOPP has recommitted to Boronia for 2027. Riley has been with the Hawka Under 19.5’s for two seasons and is a proven player ready to step up. Riley was joined at Boronia by brother Mack and parents Shane and Shauna, who are all involved with Boronia Hawks. A great family who have made a real contribution to the club.

MAX BRASHER | SIGNED FOR 2027

Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club is happy to announce to all players, sponsors and supporters that MAX BRASHER has recommitted to Boronia for 2027. Max has been a fixture in our senior side since joining the Hawks in 2023. That was great timing as he then played a big part in the back to back premierships. Max is a skillfull mid, with plenty of run. Thanks to Max for locking in with the Hawka.

EFNL CHANDLER MEDAL NIGHT
Congratulations to our five Boronia players invited by the EFNL to attend the 2026 Chandler Medal Awards Night. These players have all had wonderful seasons and we wish them well for the awards night.

JARED RABIE | SIGNED FOR 2027

Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club Is very pleased to announce to all players, sponsors and supporters that JARED RABIE has recommitted to Boronia for 2027. Jared joined the club in 2025 and proved his worth in two seasons of Under 19.5’s. He was co-captain of the side in 2026 and moved up from the backline to kick 23 goals from 19 games. We can all look forward to Jared continuing his rapid development with Boronia in the years to come.

RYAN WHITE | SIGNED FOR 2027

Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club Is proud to announce to all players, sponsors and supporters that RYAN WHITE has recommitted to Boronia for 2027. Since his senior debut in Round 17 2015 as an Under 17 player, Wh**ey has never played Under 19’s or Reserves. Check the record: 3 times Premiership Player; 2 Bob Henry Medals for Senior B&F; 2 Ray Lacey Medals for Under 17 B&F; 2 EFNL Team of the Year selections; current member of the Leadership group and Senior Vice Captain.
