πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬πŸ¦ˆSINGAPORE TOUR 2026 DONE AND DUSTED… WHAT A TRIP! πŸ¦ˆπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬

The inaugural Tompkins Park Touch Singapore Tour 2026 is officially in the books, and what an incredible experience it was for our TP club.
From the moment we checked in, the energy was high. This tour brought together players, families and supporters for an unforgettable few days of touch, connection, laughs and lifelong memories. It was a tour that showcased everything our club is about: community, culture, competition and creating opportunities for our people.

A huge part of what made this trip so special was the chance to connect with and play against some great people and teams across Singapore. A massive thank you to everyone who welcomed us, hosted us and helped make the tour full of amazing moments:

πŸ‘ Vicky Patterson - Tanglin Trust School
πŸ‘ Katy Martin - Brotown Touch
πŸ‘ Jia Long and Ryan Huang - Nanyang Technological University
πŸ‘ Bryan Lim - Nanyang Technological University
πŸ‘ Derek Ng and Matty Chia - Singapore Mens Opens Touch Singapore - TSG
We are incredibly grateful for the time and hospitality shown by everyone involved.

A very special thank you must also go to Daniel Baeck aka Chocky Dan, our guy who bleeds TP blue through and through, on the ground in Singapore. Dan played a huge role in helping turn our vision into a reality and navigating through the changes. Your support, patience, detailed advice and many hours of behind-the-scenes work did not go unnoticed, and we are very grateful for everything you did to help bring this tour to life. Absolute legend. πŸ™Œ

This trip was about much more than just games, it felt like a massive family holiday. It was about building stronger connections across our club, sharing new experiences together, representing Tompkins Park internationally, and absorbing the beautiful culture of Singapore.

Some of the big highlights:
πŸ”₯ Our first ever international Tompkins Park Touch tour
πŸ”₯ Taking on quality teams and building great connections in Singapore
πŸ”₯ Amazing memories shared by players, kids, families and supporters
πŸ”₯ Singing Adele songs during Karaoke on the bus
πŸ”₯ Seeing glimpses of our social media talent via shark reviews
πŸ”₯ Reliving our childhood dreams at Universal Studios, feasting on hawker food heaven at Satay Street and then being blown away by the Disney Fireworks at Marina Bay Sands
πŸ”₯ Seeing our referees in action during the first two round of TSG Premiers Season

And the excitement does not stop there. Over the weekend, the TP Touch Committee came together to celebrate the season, and there was unanimous support around the table to back a return to Singapore in 2027. That is a huge endorsement of what this inaugural tour meant to our club and where we believe it can go next. Plans are already in discussion, so keep an eye out for our socials around September.

A massive thank you again to our players, families, supporters, organisers and sponsors MWK Civil & Mining who helped make this first tour such a success. This was a milestone moment for our club, and it feels like only the beginning. Singapore, thank you for having us. We’ll be back for TP Singapore Tour 2027… bigger, better and even more exciting. πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬πŸ¦ˆ

πŸ‰πŸ¦ˆ TP Finals Night & Wind-Up Celebration 2025-26! πŸ¦ˆπŸ‰

What an incredible finish to the Tompkins Park Touch Tuesday night competition for the 2025-26 season! Our finals delivered everything we love about touch football, big smiles, KFC, fast touch footy, great sportsmanship and an awesome community vibe.

A huge congratulations to all of our Grand Final winners:
πŸ₯‡ Mixed C Champions: Rising Force
πŸ₯‡ Mixed B Champions: Mixed Veggies
πŸ₯‡ Mixed A Champions: Degenerates
πŸ₯‡ Men’s Champions: Ankle Breakers

Well done to every team that made the finals; the effort, teamwork and sportsmanship across the whole competition was outstanding.

Our end-of-season wind-up night is one of the biggest events on our TP calendar and was the perfect way to celebrate another fantastic season. It was great to see players, and so many families and supporters all together enjoying the night, the KFC, soft drinks, sausage sizzle and chocolates, recognising and celebrating the season that was.

We also introduced a Most Valuable Player initiative, voted on by the referees at the end of each game.

Congratulations to the following MVPs:
πŸ† Mixed C MVPs: Female: Abby Warburton (Turbo Toes), Male (Joint): Lachlan Pocock (Turbo Toes) & Eddie Muletta (Rising Force)
πŸ† Mixed B MVPs: Female: Kristie Pitter (Queen Bees), Male: Cooper Drage (Mixed Veggies)
πŸ† Mixed A MVPs: Female: Stella Masters (Degenerates), Male: Hayden Sharpe (Western Reds)
πŸ† Men’s MVP: Anthony Satherley (Ankle Breakers)

A massive thank you to:
πŸ‘ All of our players and teams, both new and returning
πŸ‘ Our referees and volunteers who help things run smoothly each week
πŸ‘ Our sponsors and supporters, who enable us to provide a competition that offers a great player experience and facilities MWK Civil & Mining Reforge Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation MVMT HUB Training Centre Tompkins
πŸ‘ Everyone who helps make our club such a special, inclusive and welcoming
πŸ‘ Our photographer who captured all these memories; Franco Sauzier from Capture With FJ

Because of you, TP Touch continues to grow stronger every season, and we’re taking on feedback and aiming to improve our experience for all πŸ’™

Next season, we’re looking to take things to the next level and plan to create a Women’s division, finesse our MVP initiative, strengthen our Juniors Program, develop stronger pathways to playing representative touch, and continue to support small and local businesses. If this season is anything to go by, next season will be our biggest yet!

πŸ“£ Stay tuned for registration details and announcements around August. The TP committee will be taking a well-deserved break over winter. Apologies for the delay in posting this; it’s continued to be a busy time since our end-of-season wind-up, and I am actually writing this in-flight as we commence our inaugural Tompkins Park Singapore Tour 2026, more about that later in the week.

Until then, on behalf of the TP Committee, have a great winter season, enjoy the photos from a brilliant finals night celebration, and we look forward to welcoming you all back for an exciting 2026-27 season! πŸ’™πŸ¦ˆ
