🏊‍♂️Inhaling & exhaling breath activities at the commencement of every lesson helps to ensure correct breathing habits as swimming skills develop.
🏊‍♂️The “ready go” verbal cue is used from babies through to adults as demonstrated here with 2.5yr old Raf.

Swimming is more dependent on TECHNIQUE than any other sport!

🏊‍♀️A major focus of our lessons is to ensure correct technique is instilled across all age groups - from the very early stages of lessons all the way through to adult swimmers.

🏊‍♂️This is achieved by ensuring all students receive hands on instruction through out their lessons. This ensures skills are learnt correctly.
