Big birthdays call for big reflecting, but most of what I’ve been pondering as I approach 40 centres on the last few years.
I almost can’t believe all of this has happened in such a relatively short amount of time. Divorce, endometriosis diagnosis, surgery, falling in love, moving home, IVF, getting a dog... what a chapter it's been.
I was the saddest I’ve ever been on my 37th birthday. If I could go back, I’d give that version of me the biggest hug. And then tell her all of this!
Send this to someone who might need these words too # # #

Flashback to that time I hauled a whiteboard all over the UK festival circuit to remind women that their female life journey and menstrual cycle connect them to the earth, seasons, moon and sun.
Between the Solar Eclipse and MEDICINE happening this weekend, it’s safe to say my UK homesickness is feeling pretty strongggg 🥲
If you’re at Medicine this weekend, dance extra hard for me! 💃

Our August book club read is Jane Eyre! I’m a total newbie to this classic and loving it so far. Comment READ to join us and also enjoy a gothic, melancholy instrumental meets rainy Celtic moors playlist that I made for your moody reading pleasure. X

Is it true we’re cool to just post one single photo on IG again? 😉 Let’s hope so! Anyway, quick one to say August’s read-a-long is up and away and this time we’re venturing into a classic, the unrivalled Jane Eyre.
I’m in a total newbie to this one and look forward to sharing my reflections soon… comment READ to join us # #

It’s July which means that it is time for us to move into our next book for the seasonal read-a-long.
I’m so excited for this one.
Dr. Sharon Blackie’s beloved If Women Rose Rooted (2016) occupies a very special and specific place in my psyche. Personally, I feel very drawn to Ripening as I approach my forties and begin to transition archetypally in my own life.
Much of Sharon’s recent work has focussed on mid-life and I believe this book will shed more light on the archetypal transitions in the female life journey.
I am already imagining all of the ways I’ll be bringing more fairy tales into my professional work with the feminine archetypes and applying it in my own life. But let’s see.
Eeeeek, fun!!!!
If you’d like to read alongside us, here’s how it works:
🧚 We read one book each month together and use it as a jumping off point for conversations about womanhood, creativity, cycles, health, ambition, relationships and more.
🧚 Throughout the month I’ll share a reading plan, prompts, a playlist and reflections over on Substack.
🧚 Join the conversation whenever you’re ready.
Next month we’ll be reading Jane Eyre.

Happy full moon! 🌝 With just 24 hours left before enrolments close for this Cycle Coach School certification intake, I’m sharing some of the beautiful reasons I’ve received this past week as to why folks decide to train with us.
Do these resonate?
Some have wanted to study with us for years and finally feel ready to lean in. Others are excited to bring cyclic intelligence and menstrual education into the work they’re already doing with women. And there are those who are seeking a more meaningful career path by following a thread of curiosity… 🌹
If you’d like to become certified with us by the end of 2026, enrolments close Tuesday 30th June at midnight (UTC-12).
Remember, we’re here to help with answers to your questions, payment plans, and shared excitement if this is your time, too 🤗

I don’t recommend things lightly. But I do recommend Marie Forleo’s B-School training and when I do, I often receive questions like this! ⬆️ Which I love.
Look, I’ve been in business for 13 years. I’m not interested in hype. I’m interested in what lasts. I know you are too.
So when someone asks if B-School is too polished and over-marketed, I get it, it’s super shiny. Does it deliver depth as well?
I recently wrote about the five foundations that have sustained my 13-year business (comment BLOG and I’ll link you up) and this training is one of them. It taught me how to be a CEO on top of being a coach and creative.
I’m grateful for these teachings and happy to pass the love on. As affiliates, and I can support you in your B-School experience with mentoring, a marketing audit, access to our courses and much more.
Comment BIZ to learn more. And keep the questions coming! Enrolment closes this week. X
