🏆 2026 Vote Count & Presentation Day 🏆

What a fantastic day celebrating our club, our players and an incredible 2026 season!

A huge congratulations to all of our award recipients, every award was thoroughly deserved and recognises the hard work, commitment, dedication and sportsmanship shown throughout the season.

A massive thank you to all of our players, coaches, volunteers, committee members, sponsors, families and supporters for everything you have contributed throughout the year. Our club wouldn’t be what it is without the incredible people behind it.

🔴 CONGRATULATIONS 🔴

The past few weeks we have had the opportunity to celebrate a number of our members!

What a fantastic year of success at PDFNL level! We’re incredibly proud of everyone who represented Blighty and showcased the talent, commitment and spirit of our club.

A huge congratulations to the following on their results in PDFNL Junior Vote Count;

U13s Gabbi Dunmore – 9th
U15s Ella Charlton – 3rd
U15s Lily Petersen – 5th
U14s (Fourths) Daniel Burn – 8th

We would also like to congratulate the following two award recipients:

PDFNL Administrator of the Year:
Rhys Tremble
PDFNL Junior Coach of the Year:
Tim Brown

These awards are chosen by the league and are a true testament of these two BFNC volunteers. This achievement is a wonderful reflection of the hard work and dedication both continuously put into our club, making it the amazing community it is today!

🌟 2nd PRELIMINARY - DONE & DUSTED 🌟

Yesterday we hosted PDFNL 2nd Preliminary Final! What a day it was; beautiful weather, great crowd and some epic football & netball!

We would like to thank 3 generations of Andrews; Jeff, Jarrod & Logan for their incredible efforts in getting the oval looking so impressive. We had a lot of comments on how great it was!

Thank you to those who helped in the lead up to the final to ensure the surrounding grounds and facilities looked so clean, especially Al Nicholls (spraying), Callum Campbell (slashing), Matthew Dunmore (mowing) and Gilbert Bain.

Thank you to our vendor vans; All 4 Expresso, Claire's Coffee Van and Tubbys Icecream Van!

Shout out to the visiting clubs; your respect for our volunteers, our facilities, eachother, the officials and the umpires were paramount!

Finally, thank you to the BlightyFNC volunteers!! Whether you were in the kiosk, canteen, BBQ tent, bar, set up/pack up....you all rock!!!!

Congratulations to all clubs going into the Grandfinal this Saturday, we wish you all the best!

🔴 PDFNL 2nd PRELIMINARY FINAL 🔴

BlightyFNC are looking forward to welcoming everyone to Blighty on Sunday 6th September for the PDFNL 2nd Preliminary Final!

➡️ ENTRY
Entry is CASH ONLY unless you have purchased an online pass; including BlightyFNC members and volunteers.

➡️ PARKING
Parking is available around the ground. Please refer to the ground map for further details.

➡️ NO PETS
No pets are permitted at PDFNL finals.

➡️ NO BYO
No BBQs or alcohol is to be brought into the grounds.

➡️ FOOD
Along with our football canteen & netball kiosk operating, there will also be a BBQ tent which will be serving bacon & egg rolls followed by BBQ lunch. Eftpos and cash will be available at all venues.

The ice-cream van will also be on-site.

➡️ COFFEE
Coffee vans will be located on both sides of the hall.

➡️ BAR
The bar will open at the end of junior teams games.

➡️ SPECTATORS
Reminder that spectators are not permitted inside the netball courts or football ground boundary. These areas are restricted to players and officials only.
