Our Community Standards: part 4!
Respect isn’t complicated.
It’s recognising that every person has the right to decide what feels comfortable, safe and appropriate for them.
Cos it’s their body, their boundaries and their choice.
Who makes that complicated?! 🥸
Whether we’re talking about physical contact, photos and videos, personal questions or emotional vulnerability, consent matters.
In 2026, I can’t help but follow that up with: DUH. 😅
Most importantly:
A person’s “no” never requires justification.
Respect creates trust. Trust creates safety. Safety creates belonging.
Belonging is what I’ve found here, so that’s what this whole series is really about. ☺️

We don’t need to agree on everything.
Our unique lived experiences shape us and our world view.
If we’re curious enough to listen, though, there’s usually something worth learning.
One of the things that makes Stargazer special is the incredible diversity of people who walk through our doors.
Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different life experiences. Different ways of seeing the world.
That diversity makes our community stronger.
Connection starts when we become more interested in understanding each other than judging each other.
These are the Stargazer Community Standards: Part 3. ✨

Belonging isn’t something that magically appears.
It’s created.
It’s created when someone remembers your name.
When a classmate asks how you’re doing and genuinely wants to know the answer.
It’s created when someone celebrates your first climb, your first invert, or simply the fact that you showed up on a day when it would have been easier to stay home.
It’s created when people make room for each other.
The strongest communities aren’t built by a single person. They’re built through hundreds of small interactions that help people feel seen, valued and included.
That’s what belonging looks like at Stargazer.
This is part two. ✨

A lot of people join Stargazer looking for a way to get fitter, stronger or more confident.
But Edgar they find here is actually much bigger than they anticipated.
This is a place where people know their name and they’re welcomed when they walk through the door.
It’s where wins are celebrated and challenges are supported.
Stargazer is where people can be themselves.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing a series about the values and behaviours that help make Stargazer feel like Stargazer.
Because strong communities don’t happen by accident.
They’re built by people who care.
This is part one. 🫶✨

This super cute photo is of 3 beaming mothers and their 3 children.
The best part? This wasn’t planned! This was just a regular Wednesday night class where gem_divine happened to notice that all her students were related - taking a photo was the obvious next step! 📸
I think what I love most about this picture is that everyone _chose_ to be at our little studio 💕
In a world where life gets busy and it can be pretty tough to find time together, these 6 managed to squeeze in that 1 hour to learn new things, get stronger, have a laugh and share an experience together.
It’s a lovely reminder that movement can be about so much more than fitness.
We’re so much likely to show up when it’s about connection too. 💜
