Your eyes donβt just see the world.
They reflect your nervous system.
Your nervous system controls your eyes.
Most people donβt know this.
When youβre stressed β your eyes tense up When youβre relaxed β your eyes naturally relax
So we donβt just teach eye exercises.
We reset your nervous system.
Using Trataka meditation + Yoga Nidra.

Heartfelt Gratitude from Dhamma Yoga ποΈ
As we conclude our celebration of the United Nations International Day of Yoga, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who made this event such a beautiful success.
It was truly inspiring to see nearly 200 people come together to celebrate yoga, health, wellbeing, and community spirit. Your presence, enthusiasm, and positive energy transformed this gathering into a memorable celebration of unity and harmony.
A special thank you to all our participants, performers, and families. The dedication shown by our children and adult presenters reflected weeks of hard work and practice, and their performances beautifully showcased the strength, grace, and spirit of yoga.
To our volunteers, we offer our deepest appreciation. From planning, promotion, registrations, decorations, technical support, stage management, refreshments, photography, and pack-up, your selfless service made every aspect of this event possible. Much of your work happened behind the scenes, but it did not go unnoticed.
We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Consulate General of India, Sydney and the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre for their valuable support and encouragement. Their contribution helped strengthen the message of yoga as a universal path to health, peace, and wellbeing.
International Yoga Day is more than a celebration of physical practice. It reminds us of the values that yoga nurtures: balance, awareness, compassion, and connection. Yesterday, we witnessed these values come alive through every smile, every conversation, and every act of service.
Finally, thank you to the entire Dhamma Yoga family. This event was a collective achievement, made possible by the efforts, goodwill, and support of our wonderful community.
May the spirit of yoga continue to inspire us to live with greater awareness, kindness, and purpose.
With gratitude and respect,
