Howeston Golf Course is a full 27 hole public access course, simply pay and play(no memberships).
$20 midweek(18 or 9 holes) and $25 weekends and public hollidays(18 or 9 holes). Howeston has electric carts avaliable for hire as well as BBQ facilities. Any inquiries please phone (07)3207 2452

A big congratulations to one of Howeston’s own, from working on the course to enjoying it in the best possible way, Matt hit the perfect 7 iron into the 150m blue 7th on Thursday (19/8/26) to record his first ever hole in one!!!! And what a hole to do it!!!

⛳️ Professional Long Drive and NTP 🏌🏼♂️
Huge Thankyou to Wayne Hartley - Harcourts Redlands Realty for supporting both the pro long drive and Nearest to the Pin competitions!
The NTP on the 7th Weston (Blue) was taken out by James Mee
Winner of the long drive hitting a 295m bomb straight into the breeze was Jye Pickin! Followed by Sam Slater and Max Ford!!!

⛳️ Howeston Pro-Am Wrap-Up 🏌🏼♂️
What a day it was, one that couldn’t have happened without the love and support from Scott and T&C Plaster!
A hard fought day by the professionals saw the winning score at -3 under par achieved by both Will Florimo and Will Moody!
One shot back in a three way tie was Aaron Wilkin, Blake Proverbs and Mitchell Revie!

⛳️Howeston WALKING ONLY - Sat 18th 🏌🏼♂️
Given the persistent, heavy showers, Howeston will be walking only tomorrow (18/07/26) and hopefully 27 hole layout.
This may change come the morning should the showers continue.

⛳️ TOMORROW! Howeston Golf Course hosts it’s 46th annual Pro-Am tournament! 🏌🏼♂️
The stage is set and from 7:30am tomorrow, 50 professional and 78 amateur golfers will tackle our ‘Royal Birkdale’ - Howeston!
Free entry for spectators with hot food, cold drinks and plenty of action to view!
Professional long drive competition from the 1st tee begins approx 3pm!
Huge Thankyou to all who have put in a massive effort getting the course ready, and a big Thankyou to major sponsor BMD Group! BMD have been longtime family friends and staunch supporters of Howeston Golf Course and the Howeston Pro-Am. ⛳️ ITS PRO-AM WEEK!!! 🏌🏼♂️
Thursday is the day and the boys have been flying around the course getting things ready!
Among those things are some signs recognising all our valued sponsors making the event possible - such as Sam and his team at Marsh Tincknell Accountants, their support is a key reason this event keeps getting bigger and better each year! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Reminder that we will be closing the course early on Wednesday to complete these preparations.

⛳️ 1 WEEK TO GO!!! 🏌🏼♂️
The 46th Annual HOWESTON Pro-Am golf tournament is NEXT THURSDAY (16th) and things are shaping up to be another cracking event!
The professional golfers will be playing for a share in the $17,000 prize purse, while the amateurs will be playing to get their hands on some of the goodies kindly donated by Golf World Golf Mart Capalaba. Huge thanks to them for the support and taking care of all the amateur prizes for the day!
Come down to check out the action! Spectators free!
Please note, we will close for play after 10:00am on Wednesday (15th) in order to prep the course.

⛳️ 10 DAYS TO GO!!! 🏌🏼♂️
Next Thursday (16th July) Howeston will host its 46th annual and consecutive Pro-Am!
50 of Australia’s best professional golfers will tee up alongside Birkdale regulars, social club players and importantly sponsors of the event, and tackle Howeston at its most challenging!
Spectators welcomed with free admission, food and drinks available on the day!

UPDATE!!!! After another round of consistent showers over the weekend and today Monday 29/6/26, HOWESTON will open all 27 holes tomorrow (Tuesday the 30/6/26) but for walking only!!! No motorised carts or scooters will be permitted until the course dries out. Like always we will do our best to keep you updated, dry things out and get things back to normal as soon as possible. 🏌🏼♂️

⛳️ UPDATE (Tue 23/6 - 6:30am) - HOWESTON OPEN! It is still very wet in places and we are asking people take extra care to avoid the edges of greens and other wet areas to reduce wear in these softer spots 🏌🏼♂️

Once again we have had just too much rain over already sodden ground and the course will remain closed today (Mon 22/6)
