Meet you where you are….
Different weights, different movements, different levels of experience. Each person focused on their own training, while still being part of something bigger around them.
We get the energy and support of the group, without losing the individual coaching and attention we need.
Our future selves will thank us for it 🙏🏾

HYROX PERTH 2026 WAS A VIBE 🔥
Good to see the crew show out, show up and dig deep. All the hard work paid off on the weekend and we couldn’t be more proud as a gym.
Appreciate all the judges and volunteers who make these events possible. Grateful to be in a position where we get to move and do something only 0.01% of the population has the resources to do so.
Our future selves will thank us for it 🙏🏾

Different people, different goals, different starting points. That’s why training shouldn’t look the same for everyone.
Some people are here to get stronger. Some want to get fitter, move better, build confidence, reduce pain or keep doing the things they love for longer.
Our job as coaches is to meet people where they’re at, understand what they need and adapt their training to suit. The goal isn’t for everyone to do the same thing.
Our future selves will thank us for it 🙏🏾

Client highlight
The homie Hayley has been super consistent the last month and we’ve seen her go from strength to strength in the weights room. Almost lifting her 1RM weights from last testing for reps. Find out a bit more about Hayley below 👇🏾
What got you started at The Tribe?
I’d spent years half-assing my workouts at a commercial gym. When I moved to Perth, a friend recommended The Tribe after being a member herself.
What is your favourite class at The Tribe and why?
Definitely any of the 4:30pm classes. The banter is legit, you genuinely never know what you’re walking into.
What’s your proudest gym moment so far?
Hitting some good 1 rep max numbers after like 4 or 5 months at the Tribe. Before joining The Tribe, I’d probably deadlifted fewer than 10 times in my life.
If you weren’t at the gym, where would we probably find you?
Looking for the best gluten-free treats (it’s become an unhealthy obsession of late)
What is your favourite lift?
Probably deadlifts, but bench press is a close second at the moment.
What keeps you showing up even on tough days?
The accountability, the people, and not having to think about what workout I’m doing makes it so much easier to walk through the doors.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out?
Don’t let the workout in the app scare you. Half the battle is just walking through the door. I’ve learnt to stop looking too closely because it’s never as bad as your brain makes it out to be... most of the time.
What song always gets you pumped for a workout?
Happy with anything as long as it’s loud enough to distract me from triple drop sets and conditioning
What’s one random fact no one at the gym knows about you?
I’ve broken a number of strange bones, mostly in my face haha, but none of the usual childhood bones like wrist, arm, leg or ankle. And had 4 lots of stitches before I was 5 years old.
