As of next month, the recently built carpark opposite our gym will be offering 3 hours free parking after 10am on weekdays and any time on the weekends. 🙂

The WINNER of our mid-year 8 week challenge is Joseph Cuschieri

Joseph managed to lose 5.5kgs on the scale. He dropped 3.5% bodyfat while gaining some muscle. His arms, chest and legs increased by 1cm while his waist dropped 3cm.

Matthew has trained for many years. After competing in the past, he chose Leisuredome gym to get back into peak shape, remembering the energy of sharing the stage with some of our members. 🙂
