Baseball Victoria are now rolling out a new girls league for juniors!
Cougars are now on the hunt for girls to join the club and learn the game.

Reminder our come and try day is Sunday 13th of September from 9-10:30am at Cyril Molyneux Reserve on Mansfield Street.

COUGARS ANNOUNCEMENT

The Berwick City Cougars are excited to welcome JoJo Mann to the club for the upcoming season!

JoJo grew up between St. Louis, Missouri, and the Philippines, before playing college baseball at Harris–Stowe State University. Along the way, he's also gained valuable international experience competing in China, Taiwan, and the Philippines, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a global perspective to the Cougars.

JoJo is looking forward to embracing life in Australia and making an impact both on and off the field.

"I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to visit a new country, meet new people, and take the mound to help my new team succeed. I can't wait to learn from my teammates while sharing the experience and skills I've gained playing in China, Taiwan, and the Philippines. I'm excited to experience life after college here and can't wait to get started with the Cougars."

We're thrilled to have JoJo joining the Berwick City family and can't wait to see him take the mound this season.

COUGARS ANNOUNCEMENT

Please join us in welcoming Robert Jacobs to the Berwick City Cougars for the upcoming season!

Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, Robert is a versatile utility player and catcher who has competed at multiple levels of baseball. He's currently playing with the London Mets in England, where he's continued to showcase his talent during his first season overseas.

Robert is excited to make the journey to Australia and wear the Cougars colours this summer.

"Huge thanks to the coaching staff for the opportunity. I'm looking forward to a productive season with Berwick City after my first year overseas with the London Mets. Baseball is my life, and I can't wait to work with my new teammates and get involved with the club's youth programs."

We're thrilled to have Robert joining the Cougars family and know he'll make a huge impact both on the field and throughout our junior program.

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Dan Betreen as the Head of Junior Development at the Berwick City Cougars! Dan brings a wealth of experience, passion, and knowledge to the role, having led junior development initiatives at all levels—including extensive work with Baseball Victoria. Fresh off recently being awarded Life Membership at the Cougars, Dan’s dedication to our club and the next generation of players is unmatched.
