The ENRG Space is Co-Hosting a Women’s Pickle ball and Wellness clinic on Sunday August 9th!
If you love Pickle Ball or know a women that does or if you’ve been curious, come and join in at House of Pickle in Tuggerah for a 3 hour pickle ball clinic where you’ll play and learn skills and stategy all at the same time … Then head to The ENRG Space for an hour of wellness - You’ll have access to The heated Magnesium pool , traditional sauna, therspeutic spa and cold plunge. Includes a power tea and light lunch as well.
Extremely limited space ( only 8 women) -first event is Sunday August 9th from approx 10am - 2.30pm. Cost for everything is $165

Today I went to The ENRG Space in Berkeley Vale and loved it, my hour session felt like a whole afternoon. It’s a beautiful setting and Nat is wonderful. Great for a girls catch up or a more regular self care wellness session. We enjoyed the sauna, ice bath, magnesium pool and spa. Sessions are 6 people maximum so you are not waiting for a spot in the sauna or spa. Nat takes bookings for private events and has gift vouchers too. Check out the link below.
