Very successful educational workshop with Kaitlyn from Revisit Health Exercise Physiology
What is the Pelvic Floor, what role does it play - including when and how. Understanding what symptoms might mean what, when to see an EP, how to strengthen, how to relax and why each of those is as important as the other.
Before we took to the floor to put some breathing and exercise into practice.

Our very first Lift Together class 💜🧑🍼🏋🏻♀️
What a beautiful way to kick off the newest class on our timetable!
A circuit of strength training, a little conditioning for those who were keen, plenty of encouragement, and of course a few cuddles and snack breaks along the way 💜
Our class numbers are intentionally kept small so we can create a safe, welcoming space for both mums and little ones. It also means there’s time to pause for a cuddle, settle a bub, or lend a helping hand when needed—because that’s exactly what this season of life looks like.
No pressure or judgement - just movement, strength, community, and knowing you’re not doing it alone.
We’re so excited to watch this little community grow.
Welcome to Lift Together 💜
