Most people don’t need more intensity.
What actually changes people is repetition.
The kind of training you can return to again and again without burning out, losing rhythm, or starting over every few weeks.
That’s where strength gets built at Dare. Not in spikes of effort, but in consistent work that stacks over time.
We’ve broken it down in our latest blog: https://darestudio.com.au/consistent-workouts/

Everyone uses the space a little differently.
What’s your favourite part of Dare?

Most people walk in not knowing what to expect.
They leave wondering why they waited so long.
Dare isn't just structured training and proper coaching, it's the place where you stop going through the motions and actually start progressing.
Every session has a purpose. Every coach knows your name. And somewhere along the way, it stops feeling like just a gym.
And before long, you stop counting reps and start chasing something bigger.

Session after session, your coach notices the small shifts.
More control in your movement.
More confidence under load.
Strength building in a way that’s unique to you.
That’s what coaching at Dare is built on.

There’s a different kind of confidence that builds through training.
In the session. And long after it.
A little stronger.
A little clearer.
A little more you.
Built one session at a time.

We asked Gloria what she focuses on when she’s coaching.
“I care about how people feel in their training just as much as what they’re doing.
A lot of it comes back to mindset… how you show up, how you talk to yourself, how you stay with it when things feel challenging.
My role is to help people build confidence through training, not just physically, but in how they see themselves outside of it too.
It’s about creating small shifts that build into something bigger over time.”
If you’ve trained with Gloria, you’ll know how intentional her sessions are and we’d love to know what’s shifted for you since working together.

Some weeks training feels steady.Other weeks it feels different to connect with.
Most people assume motivation is something they need to fix or find more of.
But it’s often more connected to what’s happening around us than we realise.
We’ve explored the psychology behind motivation, and why it shifts across different seasons of life, in our latest blog: https://darestudio.com.au/the-psychology-of-motivation/

Styku Studio V5 is now live at Dare.
This is a big step forward in how we understand what your training is building over time. It sits alongside your coaching so we can guide your sessions with more clarity, make better adjustments, and keep your progress moving in the right direction.
If you train at Dare, this is worth a read.
If you don’t, you might want to.

We help you nail the basics, so even when you’re training on your own, you know what you’re doing, how it should feel, and where to take it next.
There’s intention behind every rep. That’s how we do it at Dare.
