I love taking photos because it encourages me to stop & be present, to really look & take notice of my surroundings rather than being lost in thought.

I encourage you to look around you & marvel in the beauty of Mother Nature in all forms.

Use all of your senses.

For this moment is precious.

Don’t waste it with arguments within the mind or mindlessly staring at a screen.

Be curious & open to life unfolding right in front of you.

How blessed we are to have this one precious abundant life.

💝 I truly am blown away by how I’m lead by the instruments. It’s so important & very powerful when we’re guided by intuition. I honestly couldn’t play any other way. It just wouldn’t be the same.

🥣 It was a joy listening to & feeling the energy from the instruments & noticing which bowls wanted to sing. There was a deep connection to Mother Earth, Spirit & the heart.

💝 Such a joy to see ducklings. There’s about 10 but they hid under the mother duck before I could get my phone out for a photo.

I love this time of year watching the birds getting nests ready for their hatchlings. Recently we had magpies pinching bonsai wire for their nest. It was hilarious watching them fly away with it 😄

Rug up & get outside. Mother Nature is where all the action is 🤗
